Do you perform MMR, HER-2, and/or PDL-1 reflex testing on ALL esophageal, GEJ, and gastric adenocarcinomas at the time of initial biopsy, regardless of whether it is known if they are unresectable or metastatic?

Our oncologists claim that having these results beforehand avoids unnecessary treatment delays because by the time they get to see the patient, many tumors are already unresectable or metastatic.
