Note: This course will provide an overview of techniques used in molecular testing from the framework of the “Molecular Pathology/Molecular Diagnostic Toolkit.” There will be case discussions to demonstrate how these tools are employed in the molecular testing laboratory. Emphasis will be placed on molecular testing in the areas of clinical genetics, solid tumors, hematopathology, and infectious diseases.
